Captain Brad Lancaster is the commander the Service Division. The Service Division is comprised of several units and a team of dedicated professionals who provide essential support for the everyday operation of the Department. The major components of the Service Division are the Records Section and Property and Evidence Section. The Division is authorized one Lieutenant, one Sergeant, two officers, and twenty-nine civilians. While the principal objective of the Service Division is to provide support for other divisions of the Department, a considerable amount of time is devoted to providing a variety of services to the
public. The enforcement of the city’s alarm ordinance is a responsibility of the division.
