On March 3rd, at approximately 05:47 AM, officers were dispatched to a disorderly conduct complaint in the 200 block of S Florida. The victim a 28 year old female reported a man was standing in front of her car and refusing to leave. Upon arrival officers observed Brandon Allen Stallings, BM, 29 standing in the alley next to the victim’s car. As the officers approached Stallings pointed a revolver at the Victim’s car and fired multiple times into the windshield. The victim was struck several times. Stallings dropped the handgun and fled on foot. He was taken into custody after a short foot pursuit by officers. The victim was transported to a local hospital with life threatening injuries. Stallings was booked into the Potter County Jail on charges of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon, Felon in Possession of a Firearm, and evading arrest.
