On 02/10/2013, Armed Robbery 4224 SW 34th Avenue.

On 02/10/2013 at approximately 7:07 AM, officers were sent to Toot-N-Totum at 4224 SW 34th Avenue on an armed robbery.  The female employee reported that a white male about 6 ft. tall, weighing approximately 225 pounds entered the store.  He was wearing a black full face mask, bright orange T-shirt over a blue hoodie, blue jeans, white tennis shoes, and white or tan colored gloves.  He was holding a knife when he entered.  He approached the counter thrusting the knife over the counter toward the clerk.  She showed the suspect that the register was empty.  He then went to the end of the counter and grabbed an undisclosed number of lottery tickets, grabbed a safe drop from the clerk and had her give him more lottery tickets from a shelf display behind her.  The suspect left westbound from the store.  There were no injuries in this incident and there have been no arrests.  The amount taken has not been disclosed.
