January 20, 2013, Aggravated Sexual Assault/child victims.

1-25-13, APD officers investigated a reported sexual assault that had happened earlier in the day at a home in N. Amarillo. The female child victim had contacted a member of the school staff and reported that an adult male known to her had gotten into bed with her and engaged in sexual activity with her. The child was interviewed at The Bridge. That afternoon, the suspect was located in a vehicle in the 2400 block of Amarillo Boulevard East. He accompanied officers to the police department. Subsequent investigation by Crimes Against Persons detectives led to the arrest of the suspect, Pah Pnah, AM 22 of Amarillo. He was booked into the Potter County Detention Center for aggravated sexual assault of a child.
On 1-30-13, the 47th District Attorney’s Office issued a complaint charging Pnah with four counts of aggravated sexual assault of a child under the age of 14.
