Armed robbery Wells Fargo Bank at 2000 S. Washington

On 12-31-12 at approximately 12:40pm officers were sent to the Wells Fargo Bank at 2000 S. Washington on an armed robbery that just occurred. Employees told officers that a W/M had just robbed them. The suspect is described as a W/M in his late 20’s, 5’8, with light colored hair, and a slim face. The suspect did not have any facial hair and was wearing a dark coat/jacket with a blue hoodie underneath. He was armed with semi automatic handgun. The suspect entered the bank and approached the teller line where he told the teller to give him all the money in the drawer. He did point the weapon at the teller while making his demands. The teller handed over an undisclosed amount of money and the suspect took off out the front doors of the bank. No vehicle was seen or heard. This incident is still under investigation.
