Robbery of the Comfort Inn and Suites at 2300 Soncy.

On 12-20-12, at 11:47PM, officers investigated an armed robbery of the Comfort Inn and Suites at 2300 Soncy.  Two female employees were in the business when it was robbed.  One man came through the first set of double doors into the motel and spoke to the clerk over an intercom phone about renting a room.  He agreed to a room rate and left, returning a few moments later with a second man.  Both men were allowed through the security door into the lobby.  As they were discussing payment, one of the men produced a handgun and told the employee to give him all the money.  The desk clerk opened the cash register drawer and gave the man the contents of the drawer.  Both men then left the motel.  The man that initially contacted the employee about the room was a white male, tall, slim, with blonde hair.  He was wearing a tan hooded coat with the hood cinched tightly around his face.  The second man also a tall, slim white male.  He may have been wearing some type of cap and was wearing a coat with Dallas Cowboy colors or designs.  He was the one that was armed.  No one was injured and there have been no arrests.
